Caen
The city of William the Conqueror is steeped in history and boasts magnificent 16th-century facades, despite the destruction it suffered during the bombings of the summer of 1944.

Bayeux
This miraculous city is home to a magnificent cathedral, as well as the Bayeux Tapestry Museum. It is an essential stopover during any trip to Normandy.

Sword Beach
The sector where the 177 members of Commando Kieffer landed. An incredible story for these men whose bravery was only commemorated by their homeland 40 years
later.

Juno Beach
The Canadian sector is often overlooked in accounts of the Normandy landings, yet these men achieved the feat of linking up with the British “Gold” sector on June 6, 1944.

FAQs
Do you have a question? Please do not hesitate to ask via the contact form.
Are the sites accessible?
Access to the German batteries and the German cemetery is very difficult for people with reduced mobility. The ground is either covered in stones or mud. Only the American cemetery is accessible.
Are animals permitted?
Pets are prohibited on most sites, even if they are kept on a leash.
Are there any shops nearby?
The sites we will be visiting are isolated. There are no shops nearby. For the "Full Day - D-Day" tour, a lunch break is scheduled in the village of Port-en-Bessin.
Can I bring my children?
I adapt to young children. Think about car seats and baby carriers for toddlers, as the sites can sometimes be impassable for a pushchair.
Is there a special dress code?
We will be visiting military cemeteries, where proper dress is required. We will be walking for up to 30 minutes per site, so comfortable shoes are essential.
Is payment secure?
Payment is 100% secure!
You can pay by card or Paypal. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to send me a message via the contact form.
Would you like to book a tour for a group?
For all requests via the form I generally reply within 24-48 hours.
